Pattern Making

Pattern making is highly specialised, both technical and creative and a vital part of producing quality garments.
We are experts in digital pattern making techniques and use one of the worlds leading fashion software products, StyleCAD.

Pattern Grading

Pattern grading is the technical art of proportionally increasing or decreasing a given size pattern piece from one size to another, retaining everything true to its original form.

Sample Making

This is one of the most exciting stages of the development, where we produce your first 3-dimensional garment and see your ideas come to life. This process is important because it allows you to see the fit and whether your garment drapes and fits the way you envisioned.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm new to the industry. Can PatternWise help me?
Yes. We provide the creative and technical services of Pattern making, Sample making, Grading, and Technical Specification Packs required to create the final package of information you need to take to your manufacturer. You simply bring your design ideas and technical requests to us, and we can create all the information a manufacturer needs to produce that idea. If you would like to know more about the overall process, please contact us and we can guide you every step of the way.
Will I own the patterns and designs you create for me?
